1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Resume Builder (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By engaging our services, you (“the client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Resume Builder offers:

• Resume writing and redesign
• Cover letter creatiob

• ATS optimisation
• LinkedIn profile upgrades
• Job application submission packages
• All services are provided based on the information the client supplies.

3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:

•Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

•Review all drafts and give timely feedback.

•Ensure that all personal information shared is their own or authorised for use.

We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

4. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is our priority. All personal data, documents, resumes, job history, contact information, and any files you share with Resume Builder will be kept strictly confidential.

We do not sell, share, or distribute your information to third parties under any circumstances, unless required by law.

All data is used solely for completing the services you have requested.

5. Turnaround Time

Delivery times vary depending on the package selected. We will always aim to meet agreed deadlines, but delays may occur if the client does not provide information or feedback on time.

 

6. Payments & Refunds

All services must be paid for upfront unless otherwise agreed.

Due to the personalised nature of our work, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If a client is unhappy with the first draft, we offer reasonable revisions within 7 days of delivery.

7. Job Outcome Disclaimer

Resume Builder does not guarantee:

• Employment
• Interview offers
• Salary outcomes

Our service enhances your documents, but hiring decisions are made by employers.

8. Use of Final Documents

All resume and cover letter drafts created by Resume Builder are intended for the client’s personal use only. They may not be resold or distributed commercially without permission.

 

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updated terms.
